How do I pay for my booking?
By bank transfer, 100% of the amount. When you book, we hold your dates for 72 hours and give you the transfer details. Once you've paid, press ‘I've made the transfer’.
When is it confirmed?
As soon as the money arrives, usually within 1–2 working days. We'll email you, and in My account you'll see it as ‘Confirmed’. In the meantime, your dates stay held.
What if I pay from outside Spain?
If your bank is outside the SEPA area, choose OUR charges (all fees paid by you) so the full amount arrives. Use your booking reference as the payment reference.
Is there a security deposit?
Some homes have one: you'll see the amount on the home's page and in the summary before you book. We'll explain how it works when we confirm.
Can I book to arrive tomorrow?
To arrive in less than two days, email or call us and we'll arrange it with you: a bank transfer needs time to arrive.
What if I need to cancel?
It's all set out in the booking terms. Write to us as soon as you can and we'll find the best solution.

Our homes are spread across four areas of Marbella, between the beach and the hills.

- From Málaga Airport
- About 50 km along the coast: around 45 minutes by car or taxi.

- To Málaga María Zambrano station, then by car or coach to Marbella.
